In February 2010, we came to Portugal to find our future home plus a smaller property we could rent out. Our experiences with some real estate agents were not very positive... They simply ignored our questions and preferences completely, stole our time, got on our nerves and kept pressuring and pestering us.

We finally decided to buy 2 properties we absolutely fell in love with — the Quinta to live in and a beautiful property right beside a river to build a holiday rental and are more than happy with this decision!

Adam kept supporting us in many ways after the purchases were made — without him we would not have been able to settle things so quickly and smoothly. His support regarding our renovation and construction plans is absolutely indispensable and valuable.
